From a Modest Start to mega growth
Prashant Enterprise began its journey to success in 1992, catching the wave of optimism following liberalisation. Prashant Enterprise led by a qualified and experienced management team , who have experience in and knowledge of the specialty oils sector, including in the fields of administration, marketing and human resource management.
With a modest start in Surat with a limited product line. and thanks to a combination of experienced and qualified management team, it soon became a force to be reckoned with.
Prashant Enterprise is a leading manufacturer of white oils by revenue, engaged in producing Pharmaceutical, Health care, and performance oil (PHPO), Process Insulating Oil (PIO) and Lubricants (automotive oils and industrial oils). These products also meet national and international quality standards and are approved by India FDA, ISO Certifications, Kosher, BIS and Halal.
With approx 800 strong workforce, the Group is a Leading manufacturer of White oils by revenue in India with overseas operations catered to over 100 countries globally.

Pushing Ahead With Manufacturing Muscle
Prashant Enterprise Oil Refinery has always counted on production and research to build and sustain growth despite the vagaries of the marketplace.
On the production front, Prashant Enterprise runs two plants located in Western India and one plant located in Sharjah, UAE1 (Texol Lubritech1 FZC), spread across 1,28,4541 square meters to cater to our Indian and global operations. As of June 30, 2023, the combined annual production capacity of our manufacturing facilities was approximately 522,4031 KL.
End-use industries such as pharmaceuticals and consumer products are expected to grow strongly going forward driven by strong domestic consumption, favorable demographics, and government initiatives. We believe we are well-positioned to take advantage of favorable industry trends for the consumer and healthcare end-industries and will focus on expanding our offerings to these sectors.
Setting benchmarks with R&D
Our research and development center at Surat facility has been granted a certificate of registration as an in-house R&D unit by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR). We are committed to providing high quality R&D services to meet our customers’ requirements. We will continue to strengthen our manufacturing and product development capabilities and collaborate with our customers to meet the growing demand for customization, contract manufacturing and quality products.
Riding High With Us
Given that more than 3500 customers globally which includes Indian Companies and customers across 100 countries in Europe, America, Africa and APAC use our products and the exports alone comprises of approx 64% of total sales of the Company. Prashant Enterpise is among the top two players in the Indian white oil market and accounts for approximately 26.5% of the market share in the white oil category.
Though business is good, the search for new customers is an on-going process (as is the continuing extension of our product line). Both efforts will be guided by market insights, technological advances, product innovations—and, of course, continually changing customer requirements.
